The First Responder route will follow the same route as The Lambton. The Lambton provides a scenic ride on quiet country roads through farmland and fruit orchards with 3 short punchy climbs in the middle and a striking finish along the shores of Lake Huron. It is anticipated that riders will be able to maintain a minimum average progression speed of 18 kph (note this is not average speed, this is progression speed and includes all stops) giving a total ride time of approximately 5.5 hours.
The Individual Female and Male First Responder that records the lowest cumulative time in the 3 timed sections will be the First Responders champion and will receive a winners plaque.
MUST BE 15 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
