June 6 – Glow Ride

Organized by the Husky Hustle
Meet-up at Maud’s, No registration required, FREE for all

We’re kicking off BIG BIKE WEEK by lighting up the streets—literally. This all-ages ride brings together amazing people, businesses, foundations, and clubs to glow up our community. Because when bikes and bright ideas collide, magic happens!

Bring your glowiest gear, brightest bike lights, and let’s shine together!

June 8 – Slow Roll

Now in its 4th year, our Slow Roll is a large, free, and inclusive 10KM community ride designed to promote a safe cycling culture in Sarnia-Lambton.

Open to all ages, abilities, and bike types, this social ride includes a police escort and ride marshals, making it safe and stress-free. More than just a bike ride, it’s a celebration of connection and community.

With over 1,000 participants expected, the route will highlight key bike lanes and paths that help cyclists travel safely through our city.

The BIG Slow Roll is free to all but in lieu of a registration fees, participants are encouraged to donate to Big Brothers Big Sisters in Sarnia.

June 14 – Kids Bike Rally

Back for its 2nd annual year, this fun-filled day is for riders aged 12 and under!
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Kids can take on obstacle courses, decorate their bikes, and head out on a 3.7KM trail ride with their parents or guardians. Along the route, they’ll visit vendor booths, answer bike safety questions, and collect stamps in their Kids Bike Rally Passport.

Completed passports will be entered into a prize draw to win a FREE bike!

Helmets are required – so bring your bike, your energy, and get ready to roll into another day of adventure, creativity, and smiles.

June 9–13 – Bike to School / Bike to Work Week

Join the movement by biking to school or work—and get rewarded!
Snap a photo of yourself wearing your helmet, before or after your ride, and share it on social media to be entered into a prize draw.

Every tagged photo = one entry.

Let’s fill the feed with safe cycling and local pride!

Cycling Without Age

Launching between Victoria Day and Thanksgiving, CWA offers five rides a week for seniors and differently abled individuals in our community.

These special rides offer more than just movement—they create space for storytelling, connection, and joy.
Research shows that CWA participants experience increased happiness and improved quality of life—and it’s just as rewarding for our volunteer pilots!
